Responsibilities

• Assist in supplier sourcing, evaluation, and relationship management
• Support purchase order processing, contract administration, and invoice reconciliation
• Analyze spend data and market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, operations, logistics) to ensure smooth procurement workflows
• Learn and apply procurement best practices, including risk management and sustainability initiatives
• Participate in tender processes (RFQs, RFPs) and vendor negotiations
• Maintain accurate records in procurement systems ( SAP, Oracle, or ERP tools)

• BCommerce
• BCom Financial Management ( Costing)
• BCom Business Administration
• BCom Supply Chain Management
